ABR Solutions provides access to EnterpriseSMS® for distribution partners desiring to sell EnterpriseSMS® licenses as a part of their product strategy. Under this model they will sell licenses for software installed at their customer’s facilities. Such solutions are called proprietary solutions. Typically, such solutions are modified to meet distribution partner requirements and branding to highlight partner commitment to their market.
In this situation partners or customers provide the operating environments, IT support staffs, and support personnel to run the system. Continuing Support Services may be acquired to assist customer support personnel and customer technical staff. ABR Solutions provides solution design services and deployment support.
