Public Sector Example: Government Services For Major City |
|||
A WTO member’s national capital has many hundreds of buildings and an extensive city services infrastructure. The challenge is to monitor and control the broadly distributed technologies that operate the buildings as well as provide basic access control and surveillance for the buildings. In some cases, tenant access control, intrusion detection, and surveillance services are also supplied. EnterpriseSMS® provides this service with alacrity. Events are displayed graphically and an alarm window. Synchronized video, alarm and remote control functions are presented as operators select events to process. This is accomplished in a regional command center that supports the world class city’s federal operations. |
